Western Australia Branch Professional Development Day 2024: Audiovisual Archives and AI (2 August 2024): A one-day professional development program that built foundation knowledge and skill in reformatting and preserving moving images and sound. It explored good practices in digitisation, media care and preservation, description, outsourcing and the provision of access. The program also explored artificial intelligence and its application to archival methods.

Navigating copyright issues for archivists (13 July 2023): Sarah Powell and Elliott Bledsoe from the Australian Libraries and Archive Copyright Coalition (ALACC) provide an overview of the key copyright issues for archivists.

Honouring stories of struggle: reassessing Australian records of disadvantage: A Documenting Australian Society Symposium (21 October 2022): A half-day symposium presented by the UNESCO Australian Memory of the World Program, the Australian Society of Archivists and the National Archives of Australia during the 2022 annual conference, Here We Are.

Outreach, Advocacy and Promotion: Archival Exhibitions - WA Branch Professional Development Session (29 July 2022): This professional development program explored the planning, designing, and producing of exhibitions in an archival setting.

Charter of Lifelong Rights in Childhood Recordkeeping in Out-of-Home Care (16 March 2022): Barbara Reed and Sue McKemmish discuss the initiatives and ongoing advocacy to support the work to improve lifelong recordkeeping for children in Out of Home Care.
