As Recordkeeping Coordinator you will be required to:
• Establish and maintain UCWPA's Records Management system
• Utilise excellent leadership and project management skills to implement the new system
• Ensure effective recording, filing and retrieval of documents
• Provide records management training and advice to staff
• Have a positive approach to customer service
• Have the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
If you have experience in records management and archiving and/or the skills and aptitude to develop a new Records Management System; with relevant qualifications as well as a working knowledge of the Records Management Standard AS ISO 15489 2002 and relevant legislation, you are encouraged to apply for this position.
