9. COMMUNICATION LINKS

There are a number of telephone outlets throughout the exhibition area. Cost on application. Please advise if it is for general calls or for a computer line. All calls and any additional installation requirements will be billed to your booth. If you do require a telephone link please register early so that your booth can be sited appropriately.

The organizers will be in attendance throughout the Exhibition and can be contacted at all times.

Facsimile and photocopying facilities are available; charges apply.

10. ACCOMMODATION

Special Conference accommodation rates are available at the venue.

$190.00 (Inc.GST) Single Room / Double Twin
$290 (Inc.GST) Executive Suite

To confirm an accommodation booking a deposit of one night’s accommodation is required. Accommodation prices correct at time of printing but could be subject to change.

11. CLEANING

Basic cleaning will be carried out by Hotel Staff.

12. PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

The Hotel Grand Chancellor has suitable Public Liability Insurance.

13. INSURANCE

Whilst the organizers and the Hotel will provide reasonable security during the Exhibition, neither the organizers, nor the Hotel, nor any of their staff, employees, agents or other representatives shall be held accountable, responsible or liable for, and the same are released from accountability, responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, harm or injury however caused to persons or property of the exhibitor or the exhibitors staff, employees, agent or other representatives, nor to goods or other property sent off in transit to the Hotel Grand Chancellor or remaining there after the Exhibition.

NB: Exhibitors should consult their own insurance companies for proper coverage on their exhibition equipment and displays. (Especially Audio Visual Equipment).

14. INDEMNITY

Each exhibitor must complete and return to the organizers the appropriate form in this manual indemnifying the organisers against damage to the Hotel Grand Chancellor.

15. PAYMENT OF BOOTH RENTAL & HIRED GOODS/SERVICE

Payment of the booth rental fee is required on initial booking to secure a space. Bookings may not be accepted after July 31 2001.

16. BOOTH ALLOCATION

When sending in your check list ensure you include several preferences for booth sites. Booth sites will be allocated by the committee. Sponsors of the Conference will get preference of booth position. An important factor in the allocation will be the order of receipt of full booth payment. Deposits for a site will not be accepted.
