5. BOOTH DIMENSIONS

The panels used are aluminium framed, front runner covered and light grey in colour. The standard booth size is 3 x 2.4 metres x 2.0 metres high.

6. BOOTH PROVISIONS
(a) Cost of Booths 3m x 2.4m booth = $1,800 (Inc.GST)
(b) Power Each booth will contain 2 spot lights and a power board containing 3 x 240v - 10 Amp outlets.
(c) Furniture Each booth will contain one trestle size table, clothed, and 2 chairs. If this is not required, or unsuitable, please advise.
(d) Catering Catering (as below) is included for one exhibitor. Any additional personnel may purchase food packages ($200 inc.GST) entitling them to attend the Welcome Function (Sunday 2/9), Conference Dinner (Monday 3/9) and for morning and afternoon teas and lunches for the period of the conference
(e) Display Material Staples are unsuitable for attaching material to the panels. The use of coarse velcro tape would be sufficient in most cases.
(f) Conference Registration Full Registration is included for one exhibitor. Any others wishing to attend sessions will need to register for the conference and pay the appropriate fee.
7. BOOTH RULES
(a)

No advertising material, such as banners are allowed outside the designated booth area.

(b) Excessive noise such as that it inconveniences other exhibitors or the meeting will not be allowed.
(c) No obstruction of any form in the aisles and walkways.
(d) While companies are encouraged to pursue novel methods of attracting people to their stand, practices disadvantaging other companies or detracting from the exhibition will be discouraged.
8. EQUIPMENT HIRE

The following equipment can be hired on your behalf:

  • Furniture
  • Indoor Plant Hire
  • Audio- Visual Equipment
  • Tea or coffee making facilities

We can arrange for qualified people to handle the following work:

  • Floral Arrangements
  • Display Set - Up Assistance
  • Electrical Services
  • Sign Writing
  • On Site Labour/Staff
