Delegates are advised to book early as accommodation in and close to the Conference venue is limited. To secure your booking, a deposit equivalent to one night’s room rate must be included with each booking and the balance paid direct to the hotel on departure. It is essential that any changes to your plans be notified in writing to ConventionWise. Should you fail to arrive without prior notification your deposit will be forfeited. Accommodation of delegates who fail to pay a deposit will be held only until 6pm on the specified day and then the reservation will automatically be cancelled.
