This SIG was established in 1991 with the aim of facilitating contact
between ASA members who are involved with or interested in the
collection, arrangement and description of collections of manuscripts,
personal papers and the records of small organisations in collecting
archives. Special meetings of interest are held during the year and the
Annual General Meeting is usually held at a collecting institution at
the ASA Conference. The newsletter, Limited Addition, is published
three times a year with contributions welcome from all quarters.
