Jackie Bettington (MBA, M Litt, MA, GradDipIM Arch Admin, DipEd, BA, ARMAA, AIMM, AALIA (Arch)) is Director and Principal Consultant of Corporate Information Management Services and RIMDoctor. Jackie has 20 years experience working as a professional archivist in the public and private sector. Since 1992 Jackie has held many voluntary roles with the ASA at branch and national level and is currently the ASA representative on the Standards Australia Committee IT21 and various committees for the the International Congress on Archives to be held in Brisbane in 2012. Jackie has prepared and presented numerous conference papers, workshops and seminars, published articles in professional journals and was an editor and the project manager for the third edition of Keeping Archives.

Margarat Paterson: (BPE, DipEd, GradCertIS) has been School Archivist at Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School, WA since 2001 where she also works in Community Relations and Publications. As Convenor of the National School Archives SIG and past Convenor of the WA School Archives SIG, Margaret is a strong advocate for Archives in general and School Archives in particular. She promotes Professional Development, has been instrumental in producing the School Archive SIG pamphlet, the School Archivist Role Description, and strongly endorses the Record Retention Schedule for Non-Government Schools.
Steve Stefanoplous: (BTeachPrim, GradDipArch&RecMgt, GradDipPlan&Dgn (ArchHist&Con) GradDipMuseum) is the Heritage Collection and Records Manager at Loreto Mandeville Hall Toorak. Steve enjoys advising schools, churches, hospitals, religious orders in regard to their heritage and collections. Steve has published a number of history guides and undertakes tours on the history and architecture of the City of Stonnington
